During the free pilot
Pilot installs are completely free — there is nothing to refund. If anything about your setup isn’t right, we fix it. If you decide Revly isn’t for you, your review link simply goes unused; every review already posted to your Google Business profile stays yours permanently.
Paid work
• Not happy at delivery? Tell us within 14 days and we’ll make it right — and if we can’t, the setup fee comes back in full.
• No subscriptions. Revly is a one-off setup, so there are no recurring charges to cancel — ever.
• Your data. Ask us anytime to export or remove your menu and setup data.
Anything else
Real person, direct line, no ticket queues — contact us and we’ll sort it within one working day.
