Revly

Terms of Service

The terms that govern the Revly QR review, digital menu, and website services.

Last updated: 6 September 2026

1. About these terms

These terms form the agreement between Revly (“we”) and the business (“you”) using our QR review assistance, digital menu, or website services. By purchasing or using a Revly service you accept these terms. Questions: contact us.

2. What Revly does (and does not do)

Our review-assistance service in plain terms

Revly provides a QR code that helps your genuine customers write and post their own honest reviews of their experience. Customers scan, select what they enjoyed, and an AI draft is created that they can edit or rewrite before posting it themselves on Google. Revly never posts a review on a customer's behalf, never selects the star rating for the customer, and never writes or submits reviews for people who did not actually visit your business.

3. Orders, payment, and delivery

The first 50 cafés get their setup free during the pilot. Setup timelines (typically 24 hours for QR codes) are estimates made in good faith and depend on the information you provide.

4. What we expect from you

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific star ratings, review volumes, search rankings, traffic, or revenue. Review outcomes depend on your customers' genuine experiences and choices.

6. Revisions and cancellations

One-time services include up to two rounds of reasonable revisions before final delivery. Where a legal right to withdraw applies, we will process refunds in line with consumer law.

7. Intellectual property

You own the content you supply. We retain ownership of the Revly platform, QR flow, templates, and underlying technology, licensed to you for use with the service.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims connected to the services is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, platform decisions (such as Google removing content or suspending profiles), or losses caused by misuse of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
